Community and family-based assistance programs

It is essential that family-based assistance programs enable communities and families to take responsibilities for the care and protection of children with an emphasis on the vulnerable ones. FENPS stresses the need for more opportunities to be provided to support, strengthen and empower parents/guardians and families, while taking into account the best interest of the child. On this basis, FENPS usually empowers vulnerable groups and give them confidence in themselves to help them assist themselves.
